Responsibilities
Polk County Social Services is responsible to license and monitor family child care homes in Polk County.
Staff
Staff complete orientation, licensing and re-licensing of family child care and group family child care homes. They also assist in the training of child care providers.
Polk County Licensors are Annabelle Narlock and Barbara Durden
Applying for a License
