Polk County Public Health is encouraging everyone age 6 months and older to get vaccinated against 

COVID-19. This includes people with underlying medical conditions, people wo have had COVID-19, are pregnant, or are immunocompromised; and those of different ages, races, and ethnicities. 


All people age 5 years and older should also receive a booster shot when they are due.  The timing of your booster shot depends on several factors.
