The position
you are applying for requires a Merit System application. The process is:

Submit a Merit
System application for examination to the Merit System by the application deadline
(if one has been posted).

Applications can be submitted
online by going to http://agency.governmentjobs.com/mnmeritsystem/default.cfm or via FAX to 651-431-7460,
or mailed to the address below.

For written
exams, you will be notified by letter of the date, time, and location of the examination.

If the exam
process is a rating of education and experience, you will receive your score notice
shortly after it is processed.

Once the examinations
are scored, the top scoring candidates will be referred to the county for employment
consideration.
Must Submit to Qualify:

If
you are applying for the County Agency Social Worker position, attach a copy of
your college transcript.
- If
you are a licensed Social Worker through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB),
please request a copy of your Official Score Transfer Report be sent directly to
the Minnesota Merit System.
