Who can vote in Minnesota
To vote in Minnesota you must be:
- At least 18 years old on Election Day
- Finished with all parts of any felony sentence
- A resident of Minnesota for 20 days
- A United States citizen
- You cannot vote if a court has ruled that you are legally incompetent.
- You can vote while under guardianship unless a judge specifically has revoked your right to vote.
Online Registration
It's quick and easy! You will need your Minnesota driver’s license or Minnesota identification card number, or the last four numbers of your Social Security number to register online.
