Community COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Polk County Public Health is partnering with the Minnesota Department of Health to provide Community COVID-19 Vaccines Clinics. Pfizer primary and (bivalent) booster vaccine will be offered to individuals 12 years of age and older. Insurance information is collected, but there is no cost for the vaccine.

Bivalent vaccine eligibility: People ages 12 years and older are recommended to receive one updated (bivalent) booster at least 2 months after receiving their primary or (monovalent) booster. The new bivalent boosters contain an updated bivalent formula that both boosts immunity against the original coronavirus strain and also protects against the newer Omicron variants that account for most of the current cases. Register for Clinics: Registration is recommended but walk-ins are accepted.
