Notice is hereby given that a hearing has been set for June 25, 2021 at 9:03 a.m. in the meeting room at Polk County Environmental Services, 320 Ingersoll Ave, Crookston, Minnesota to consider the application of Joliette Ag Systems, Inc DBA Hefty’s, 15866 Hwy 5, Pembina, ND 58271 for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a farm related business in the Agricultural District on a parcel of land described as: That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼), Section 32, Township 152 N, Range 49W of the 5th Principal Meridian, Polk County, Minnesota described as follows:  Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW¼); thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 43 seconds east, assumed bearing, along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW¼), a distance of 900.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 56 seconds East parallel with the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW¼), a distance of 635.30 feet; thence South 00 degrees 11 minutes 43 seconds West parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW¼), a distance of 900.00 feet to the south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW¼); thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 56 seconds West along said south line, a distance of 635.30 feet to the point of beginning.   Said tract of land contains 13.13 acres, more or less, parcel #66.00158.01.  All property owners within ¼ mile of the proposed Conditional Use Permit are invited to appear at said hearing.
