Notice is hereby given that a hearing has been set for December 2, 2022 at 9:03 a.m. in the meeting room at Polk County Environmental Services, 320 Ingersoll Ave, Crookston, Minnesota, to consider the FINAL PLAT for Chad & Stacy Lian and Kevin O’Keefe, 15542 180th Ave NE, TRF, MN 56721, who wishes to plat Buhns Bay Addition, which would create 4 new residential lots, on a portion of land described as:   Property situated in Polk County, Minnesota, to-wit:   That part of Government Lots 7 and 11, Section 5, Township 148 North, Range 43 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Polk County, Minnesota described as follows:

Notice is hereby given that a hearing has been set for December 2, 2022 at 9:25 a.m. in the meeting room at Polk County Environmental Services, 320 Ingersoll Ave, Crookston, Minnesota, to consider the application of Ottertail Power Cooperative, 215 S. Cascade street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537 for a Conditional Use Permit to construct and expand an existing electrical Substation on a parcel of land located at:  21462 420th Street SE, Winger, MN 56592 and described as:  The west 425 feet of the south 800 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE¼) of Section Nine (9) Township One Hundred Forty-seven (47) and Range Forty-two (42); containing approximately 7.57 acres, parcel #72.00068.00.  All property owners within ¼ mile of the proposed Conditional Use Permit are invited to appear at said hearing.
